Hello. My name is Bill Degnan and I am an amateur numismatist and historian specializing in economics, but my real job is web programming. I do not own or work at a coin store. I would consider trading coins however. If you'd like me to take a crack at identifying your coins, let me know and we can make appropriate arrangements.

I programmed a web-based inventory system for another purpose, but I found that with a few simple changes it would be a great way to display my coin collection too, so here you go. Use this web site to search my collection, send me questions and CORRECTIONS, and look at pictures of coins in detail. Most of the time I bought the coins un-labeled at flea markets, coin shops, and antique shops. I have researched the coins on my own and assume to have made errors in determining what coin is from where and when. The prices listed with the coins are what I paid for them, or remember paying from them.
